Have we really forgotten the sacrifice of real freedom fighters like Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Chander Shekhar Azaad. Today the entire world praises the deeds of Mahatma Gandhi but is it right to say that he was the sole person responsible to free us from the shackles of colonial rule.

There are around millions of freedom fighters who bore all the pain to make our future more beautiful. They were beaten, they were hanged but still they fought till their last breathe. When ever I think about them, my eyes gets filled with tears and within my heart a voice echoes why? Why there is no day accommodated when we all would share the revolutionary thoughts of these fighters? The souls who died in the war against Britishers must be asking the similar questions. But my dear friends I really feel sorry for them because when millions of people in India are sleeping with empty stomachs and political leaders are carrying the fake austerity drives then who will think about the freedom fighters.

The youth in India are more interested in new movie releases rather than thinking about the worsening condition of India. With more than 1.5 billion population, why we have not been able to create revolutionaries like Bhagat Singh or Rajguru in 21st century? Are we all sleeping and trying to act like happy go lucky or following the spiritual verses of Lord Krishna' that close your eyes and ears and whatever is happening, is for the sake of goodness'. Corruption, poverty, farmers doing suicide, naxalism(home grown terrorism), extremism, regionalism, casteism, all negatives could be found in this country.

63 years after independence and still we are standing on the same point from we started our journey. If the freedom fighters would have been present, then they would had commenced another freedom struggle.

I think a special holiday or the day of homage should be accommodated when we all Indians would celebrate the birth anniversary of these freedom fighters. If revolutionaries like Tantya topey, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, Ram Prasad Bismil, Bhagat Singh, Chandra Shekhar Azaad would not had blown the trumpet of protest then the condition of India would inexplicable in all contexts. So if any of the revolutionaries are still present amongst us then they must share their thoughts on this blog.
